- PE100 compound; PN = nominal pressure rating in bar at 20°C; SDR = outside diameter / minimum wall thickness. PE100 pairings are PN10 = SDR17, PN12.5 = SDR13.6, PN16 = SDR11.
- Table transcribed from the manufacturer catalogue schedule (20–630 mm OD). "—" = size/class not carried in the catalogue. Nominal wall thickness excludes manufacturing tolerance.
- The 20 mm Hansen stock line is PN20/SDR9; the 20 mm row above is the catalogue PN16/SDR11 class — confirm which class your schedule specifies.
- PE80 pipe uses a different SDR mapping (PN16 = SDR9, PN12.5 = SDR11, PN10 = SDR13.6) — do not apply the PE100 pairings to PE80.

About this table
These dimensions are transcribed from the manufacturer catalogue schedule published in our price list (20–630 mm OD) for PE100 pressure pipe, plus the Hansen PE100 socketed range where it overlaps. Every figure below is as published by the manufacturer — no interpolated or recalculated values.
Reading the table for procurement:
- Match the PN class, then read the wall. PN16 is SDR11, PN12.5 is SDR13.6, and PN10 is SDR17 on PE100. Lower SDR means a thicker wall and a higher rating at the same outside diameter.
- Weight per metre is the nominal figure for BOQ and delivery planning — use it rather than back-calculating from wall thickness.
- PE80 is a different mapping — on PE80 pipe, PN16 is SDR9, PN12.5 is SDR11, and PN10 is SDR13.6. Confirm the material grade before you read SDR from a drawing.

What’s in stock
The HDPE PE100 range at Sanifix covers the schedule above with 5 m lengths, 100 m rolls from stock on the smaller diameters, and the full compression fitting set (couplers, elbows, tees, MTA/FTA adaptors, tank connectors, flange adaptors) to complete a system. Browse HDPE pressure pipes and HDPE compression fittings or send your schedule for a quotation.
SIRIM test reports for the Hansen system are available on request — ask our sales team to include certification status in your quote if your submittal requires it.
