Water Reticulation
Waterworks Supply
Send us your spec, BOQ, or the problem you are trying to solve — we will help you get the material right, not just priced. Sanifix supplies the full Malaysian water reticulation package: HDPE PE100, MSCL to SPAN TS 21827, ductile iron, and the valves, meters, and jointing that complete it — backed by the dimension tables, PN ratings, and SIRIM/SPAN certification your submittal needs, quoted line by line from Sepang.
Tell us the trench, the pressure, and the authority — we will match the spec and the certification.

HDPE PE100 pressure pipes & fittings
Malaysian distribution mains and service connections run on PE100 — and the rating has to match the pressure, not just the price. We help you settle the PN against the working pressure, then supply Hansen HDPE pipe in the socketed compression range (PN16 and PN20) with the matching compression fittings and couplers, so pipe and joints land on one delivery note.
The Hansen joint needs no compression rings, O-rings, solvent cement, or fusion on site — the reason house-connection crews reach for it when the programme is tight.
SIRIM test results are available on request for the product lines that require them.
- PE100 pipe, 20–50 mm OD socketed range from stock (PN16/PN20); the full 20–630 mm schedule in PN10/PN12.5/PN16 is quoted from the manufacturer catalogue
- Compression fittings, couplers, and reducers matched to the pipe
- Support brackets at 1 m intervals per the supplier’s installation note

MSCL transmission pipe to SPAN TS 21827
Transmission mains and plant piping call for mild steel cement lined (MSCL) pipe, and the wall-thickness and weight schedule is the part most submittals miss. Ours is SIRIM-certified to SPAN TS 21827 — spigot and socket ended, cement mortar lining inside, bitumen enamel or painted outside — and we give you that schedule with the quote.
The stocked schedule covers DN100 to DN2700 with fabricated fittings — 45° and 90° bends, tees, tapers — in matching finish, so the whole main comes from one supplier rather than three.
- DN100–DN2700 barrel schedule with published wall thicknesses and weights
- Hydraulic test pressures from 25 to 70 bar per size (steel 430 yield class)
- Fittings in bitumen or painted finish, plain ends, SPAN TS, SIRIM

Ductile iron where trench is unkind
Some runs do not suit steel — and deciding which is where we help before the trench is opened. Shallow cover, road crossings, thrust-prone bends, and exposed above-ground sections are where ductile iron earns its place: rigid in the ground, standardised push-fit joints, tolerant of rough handling on a busy site.
We supply ductile iron alongside MSCL, so you pick per section, not per project — and both arrive with the certification the submittal needs.

Valves, meters and jointing to complete network
A reticulation submittal is never just pipe. Gate, air, butterfly, and check valves; water meters; rubber gaskets for MSCL and DI joints — we quote the whole package so nothing waits on a second purchase order.
Send the material schedule and we match valve types and meter sizes to what the authority having jurisdiction requires — that matching is the part we solve for you.

Certification & compliance
SIRIM QAS certified/ Tested and certified by SIRIM QAS International, Malaysia’s national certification body.
SPAN approved/ Compliant with SPAN (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara) technical standards for water industry materials.
JKR recognised/ Suitable for JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya) public works specifications and tender requirements.
Malaysian Standard/ Conforming to the relevant Malaysian Standard (MS) for the product system.
BS EN compliant/ Manufactured to the referenced British/European standard for the product system.

What belongs in this scope
Certified HDPE PE100, MSCL, ductile iron, valves, meters, and jointing for Malaysian waterworks, JKR projects, and private development.
- HDPE pressure systems — PN rating selection, SDR logic, PE100 material grades, compression vs electrofusion jointing.
- MSCL to SPAN TS 21827 — dimension and lining schedules for transmission mains, SIRIM-certified supply.
- Ductile iron — where DI beats steel in buried or thrust-prone conditions.
- Valves and meters — gate, air, butterfly, check, and sluice valves for compliant reticulation networks.
Compliance context for Malaysian tenders
MSCL is SIRIM-certified to SPAN TS 21827; HDPE pressure lines carry SIRIM test reports where the line requires them. For a specific tender, confirm the current standard revision and approval list with the authority having jurisdiction — and send us the BOQ or material schedule for a line-by-line quote from Sepang stock.
How a water reticulation order mobilises
Send your spec or BOQ
Email the BOQ, drawings, or a rough take-off from the drawing set — enough to start.
Certification-checked quote
Our technical sales team confirms availability and certification status against your spec — SIRIM, SPAN TS — and flags long-lead items immediately.
